| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Elegant, attractive and easy-to-open, this microwave will look its best even when preparing some of the messiest recipes. With a push of the button the auto defrost feature makes it easy to defrost foods fast. The one-touch buttons adjust power levels and calculate cooking and reheating times automatically for various food types. With a spin of the pop-out dial, the easy-to-use dial is a departure from the standard keypad found on most microwave ovens.

elegant, well functioning compact microwave August 19, 2010 Rob S. (Washington, DC) Plumped for the Panasonic after spending a couple of hours reading reviews here at Amazon and elsewhere, and about one month in I'm still 100% happy with our choice.
We were looking for something under $100 that would serve daily duty cooking veggies and soups, reheating meals and the occasional warmed cup of coffee.
The microwave looks great, the controls are very straightforward and fast to use (single or minimal touch options like "quick min" or reheat - selecting number of servings with the dial). Even the LED clock isn't that hard to see unless you are right on top of it, and it's not really been an issue.
This microwave looks great and does everything we want in a slick and well thought out way. As an added bonus, Panasonic has been around for ages and I've had good experiences wtih their stuff in the past.
There are cheaper microwaves out there, but this is good value for this price range and wattage and I would definitely recommend it.
Great little microwave August 7, 2010 JJ (Florida, USA) Cooks evenly, looks great, and is easy to use. And the open box unit that I purchased through Amazon arrived sealed in the box and was literally brand new. Great size for a small-medium kitchen as it takes up less counter space than larger microwaves but is still plenty big for most microwave jobs. All in all, a great buy.
Panasonic 800 watt micro, stainless steel face, looks great! July 26, 2010 SZ Just the right size and look for my kitchen. It works well and I'm used to the dial for the cooking time. I rather prefer it to punching in the time, like other microwaves that I have had. It's Panasonic and it has the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. I'm a happy camper.
a bit small, perfect for one person July 21, 2010 S. Infante (San Jose, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my kitchen, because I didn't have too much space to spare on the counter. This microwave is compact and looks great in my kitchen. The only thing I have an issue with (very minor...), is that to make popcorn (regular size) you have to center the bag or it will not rotate. Otherwise, perfect for one person!
Good Microwave oven July 12, 2010 Shihwen Huang (LA, CA US) All over all, the microwave is good. It's hard to find a good nice looking Microwave oven at this size. The stainless steel face is good and nice looking. The sliver paint on the side is preventing figure prints and the body of the microwave. The classic look is the best. The only thing is you need to take care the stainless steel face which is very easily get the figure prints and dan.
